Made water volume correction to recipe. Ended with 8.75 gallons of water pre-boil. Boiled for 3 hours to get to 5.5 gallons post-boil. After cool down before pitching yeast OG was 1.110 |

Possible stuck fermentation, no bubbles in air lock. Took gravity reading @ 1.046, will check again in 2-3 days. |

Double check gravity to make sure fermentation not stuck. 1.041-1.042 is current reading. Will shake bucket and move to warmer closet recheck in 1 week. |
