12 litres d'eau de source utilisé. La balance (plus ou moins 10 l) était de l'eau du robinet bouillis.

10 mars: mise en tourie ET ajout d'un extrait de 10 g de houblon Perle bouillis dans de l'eau de source.

J'ai 21 1/2 litres de bonne bière(j'ai ajouté 1 à 2 litres de «reste de bière» provenant de demi-litre de bière de l'IPA de février.

La bière a perdu ses notes tropicales (bananes, pamplemousse) pour des notes plus florales -comme celle du Perle).
