Notes

Looking for something very easy to drink with nice hop flavor and some body. I'm not a fan of the fruity esters in most Hefeweizens so I'll be using just Ale yeast. This is 100% just the recipe for Boundary Waters Wheat from Midwest Brewing Supply. I buy the 5 gallon kit and divide it up to suit the size of my current equipment. I also lowered the bittering hop addition some.
