This is a Grainfather recipe but could be adapted to other methods.
As yet this is untested but is an evolution of recipes I currently brew and adapted from tasting the original.
The original recipe allegedly uses Palisade hops, these are not so easy to find in the UK. Willamette is a worthy substitute.
I realize I have not stated a mash-out stage which is generally considered to be 75'c , this can be added if you wish, I find it awkward to do and don't know that it makes much difference. I know the science behind it states it's there to stop conversion, but I choose not to do it and have no negative effects. I strongly recommend keeping this in the bottle for 3 months before tasting (if you can). It is a whole different beer if you wait.
