Notes

Based on Amundsen's Ink & Dagger all grain kit. Added 1 kg of flaked oats. Swapped whirlpool and dry hop amounts. Risk of oxidation increases with massive dry hopping. Roasted the 3 habaneros until soft. Chopped and put them in a small mash bag. Boiled them in the wort for 15 minutes and left them until the wort had been cooled. Discarded the bag.
