WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

This is an homage to Mac's Brown Ale within McAnally's Pub found in the work of fiction known as The Dresden Files. It's supposed to be a full-bodied, and slightly nutty Old World Brown Ale. Best served at cellar temperature. Please leave feedback on this, and let me know what you think. Thanks.

My brewhouse efficiency is only about 60%, and I nailed this gravity reading dead-on. If you get greater efficiency, feel free to cut some of the DME as needed.
