Some issues with chilling that needed mid-chill change of plate chillers, not good. Left the post chill wort to settle for 45 mins which was a major success for the clarity of the transfer. Left 3-4 litres of shit and trub in bottom of kettle |

First taste after 4 weeks of conditioning.
Excellent flavour, subtle malt and bitterness with no off flavours - requires a little further settling for clarification purposes. |

Flavour good as reported yesterday - however probably needs a little more CO2 as keezer is only set to 12psi for the ales. Separate feed added to further charge the Kölsch to 18psi |

After 5 days at 18psi at 2oC - the carbonation level is now spot on. Refreshing, clean Kölsch flavour |
