Notes

Comments: Be sure to adjust bittering hop amount to get 33 IBUs at your boil volume (mine is reduced). Assuming you don't mash overnight you should mash in around 67-68 C instead. 25L volume is to allow for trub separation (big loss) with 23 L in the primary pail. Plenty of malts in there so you don't have to be Dr. Lager to pull off a nice beer.
