Added malt at 60, 30 and 15. 3lbs each time

Need two yeast packs due to high OG.

OG was 1.079
FG was 1.019

Whirlpol hops for 20 minutes at 170.

Fermentation is 4 weeks

Added peels and 1oz mosaic at 2.5 weeks (sink both). Hops removed after 2.5 days
Added juice and 1 oz mosaic at 3.5 weeks (sink hops only)

Prepare grapefruit juice and peels and freeze.

Add 3 Grapefruits and zest/peels
