Notes

Boil volume 6 gallons (if possible)
Steep grains at 155 deg for 45-60 min
(sometimes I will pour over grains .5 gal of 178 deg water at end of steeping)
Bring to boil, add 6lb LME Gold
add hops as indicated
add 1lb DME extra light with 10 min left
I add 1 tsp/gal of irish moss 15 min before end of boil
add dry hops when transferring to secondary, 7 days
