FG 1.011 ABV=4.59% Bottled 28 16oz Belgian bottles plus 7 12oz bottles for taste testing. Should be ready in April and best after June 2019. Nice ruby red color. Taste like it will be a good cherry sour similar to Firestone Walkers Krieke Bones. |

Very effervescent with tinny bubbles and no head. Very sour and tart cherry with farmhouse funk. Still young. No bittersweet and refreshing. Jamie likes it! |
