Notes

Steep for 30 minutes
Bring to Boil. Off of Burner, then add LME and 8 ounces apple for its pectin, which clouds up the beer

Off of the Boil
Stir in DME and 2 OZ each Ekanot and Apollo
Steep hops for 15 minutes
Remove hop bags and chill wort
Into fermenter containing 1 gallon of cold water, pour in chilled wort...
Top off to exactly 5 gallons
Dry Hop on Day 3
Dry Hop remaining half on day 5
Complete fermentation closer to radiator
Bottle when ready
