Notes

Batch 10
simple attempt at Blonde Belgian Ale
SMASH Belgian "session" Blonde Ale
Extra light pale malt, saaz hops, 1214 abbey yeast
notes: no hop sack. strongets whirlpool I can get once cooled. Might attempt using auto-siphon, since I'll be using small pot w/no outlet. Hard cold-crash at bottling time (lowest temp achievable in ferm. chamber for 1 week)
more notes: beer VERY clear. Turned out to be nearly classic blond style. Carbonation a bit low (too little priming sugar due to 'cold crash' assumption of more co2 in liquid. definitely need more sugar at bottling)
