Notes

This ale should be light, sweet, and creamy and the color should come from the addition of black tea at the end of the boil. The amounts of the spices and fruits are subject to change depending on how much flavor they add to this brew. The beer almost needs to be neutral so the flavors of the spices and tea can take over.
