1/31/2018: Batch #9
Brewed after work. LME added added prior to boil and honey added at 60 minutes.
Two packs of US-05 used with sterile wort and blossomed prior to pitching. One pack of US-05 added to wort in carboy.
OG: 1.060-1.062

2/11/2018: Added 1.5 oz Zythos to primary fermentor, didn't transfer to secondary because I forgot. Plan to rack in one week.

2/17/2018: Racked to 25.5 22oz bottles. 4.1 oz corn sugar added for carbonation. Stored at 66 F. FG (after corn sugar added): 1.015ish. Ergo, ~6% ABV

Really good. A slight honey sweetness with the full flavor and complexity of zythos.

Volume of extract (mL) = AAU (g) x Density of hop extract (g/mL)
-->One-milliliter yields around 10 IBUs in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort when boiled for 60 minutes.
Add all three ml of extract to boil for est 30 IBU
