Seemed like I hit numbers just fine till the end. Maybe I over adjusted for my efficiency for this beer. Somewhat of a bummer but oh well. May review my water volumes and efficiency.
All in all a good brew day. 10 minute addition of cascade seemed to have a different smell to them when they hit the boil.
First brew with the Big Mouth! So far it's awesome! Love the big opening.

Tastes is good. I pick up more of an apa taste instead of brown at this point. Color in hydro tube looks a little on the light side but small area and yeast could be making it look lighter. I'll let it chill for a few hrs before hitting it with CO2. Flavor is really nice though.
