Notes

Did a 3 gal batch got 2.5gal into carboy refractometer og 1.071. Fg 1.033 incorrected refractormeteer which given 1.071 og corrects to 1.011 fg and 7.8% abv. This batch was too bitter and too dark. Going to copy this recipe and do th following:

  1. Eliminate the carapils
  2. replace the 40L steeping grain with a 10L
  3. Got to scale back the hops
