Notes

I created this simple wheat pale ale base recipe to use with various fruits. I use fruit extracts from Amoretti. They work very well in this recipe. I'll use anywhere between 3 and 6 ounces of extract in the secondary depending on the taste I am trying to achieve.

8/12/2018 - dropped wheat from 40% to 30% and removed Crystal 60. Should lighten it a bit.
