Two mistakes: forgot the 500 g flaked oats addition. And forgot to add the the bag with 100 g grapefruit zest to the boiling wort. Boiled the bag for a couple of minutes afterwards and added it to the fermentor at the end of the brew day. Hence the name Double Trouble ;-) |

Did not open the fermentor during the fermentation except when adding dry hops and juice on day 4 - and on day 5 for the SG sample. Removed the airlock when moving it (on bottling day), but covered the lid with alu foil. Added Munton's sugar drops, 1 per 33 cl bottle. Got 62 bottles. |
