First sample: very hop forward, long finish, nicely effervescent, sticky foam. more sediment present (more than previous brew, Sierra Nevada PA) likely from the extra dry hop.

This brew has become affectionately known as FC; the source of which is from some amusing spell corrected text messages. Yeast /sediment is fairly heavy in this brew, likely from the 2oz pellet dry hop, but this only affects clarity on the pour. It is very satisfying on the palate, hoppy, long slightly bitter finish. Suspect also the ABV is probably higher than OG/FG indicate. |
