Notes

At the end of the 60 minute mash pull 2.5 quarts out of it after a few lauters and boil vigorously until about 3 cups are left. Should be thick and syrupy. Add the roasted barley when pulling out the 2.5 quarts.


Probably should throw in a secondary for a month or bottle condition for a couple months.... we will see.
