Missed mash OG by a bit. Need to work on this. Try a bit finer grind on grain and try the hydration idea from Bryan next time. |

Missed OG by a fairly significant amount. Beer should be OK, but I need to work on improving overall efficiency. I suspect I used too much sparge water and/or didn't boil long enough. |

One bubble every 12 seconds. 69.3 degrees. Dry hopped with 2oz of Citra hops. After DH, started bubbling again once every 3-4 seconds. |

Moved fermenter to laundry room and set room temp to 71 degrees. Hoping a few days at a warmer temperature will drop the FG down another 8-10 points. |

Removed dry hops today. Temp is about 72 degrees. Getting a bubble now and then. I think I'll keg it Tuesday and do a final gravity test then. |

Was a hit at the Super Bowl party. A little hazy, which I think was due to high mash temperature. Will lower next brew. |
