Held mash at 150 solid, instead of 155-160. Pulled bag, added FWH, squeeze, rinsed at 169 with 2.3G, spilled some. |

Should be 7.8. Might be the oatmeal and white wheat soaking more. Too close to adjust profile, or adjust from .4 to .45 if it happens again. |

So, this beer is really good, but. Best early on, but still excellent. Leans toward Citrus heavy, prefer more tropical. I think the mosaic is great, but more fitting for a fall/winter hop because of the resinous and pine notes. Also, the haze is clearing. |

This beer has the same error as Vic Secret #1, mash hop IBUs should have been FWH. Need to update recipe if used again. |
