So, this beer is really good, but. Best early on, but still excellent. Leans toward Citrus heavy, prefer more tropical. I think the mosaic is great, but more fitting for a fall/winter hop because of the resinous and pine notes. Also, the haze is clearing. | ||||

This beer has the same error as Vic Secret #1, mash hop IBUs should have been FWH. Need to update recipe if used again. |
