Held mash at 150 solid, instead of 155-160. Pulled bag, added FWH, squeeze, rinsed at 169 with 2.3G, spilled some.

Should be 7.8. Might be the oatmeal and white wheat soaking more. Too close to adjust profile, or adjust from .4 to .45 if it happens again.

So, this beer is really good, but. Best early on, but still excellent. Leans toward Citrus heavy, prefer more tropical. I think the mosaic is great, but more fitting for a fall/winter hop because of the resinous and pine notes. Also, the haze is clearing.

This beer has the same error as Vic Secret #1, mash hop IBUs should have been FWH. Need to update recipe if used again.
