Toasting coconut at 170F for 40 minutes total. Also adding 6oz of cocoa nibs and 2 full vanilla beans each split long ways and scraped. |

Current reading with calculate brix.
Flavor is close to Hodad. I do wish for more coconut but hard to say as it's flat. It's smooth, finished sweet and briefly tastes of iron. |
