Notes

Brewed on 12/29/17
Mash grains for 60 minutes (starting temp 160 F, ending temp 148 F). Add 8 lbs LME to boiling H2O, return to boil. Add 2.5 oz Simcoe pellets, boil 30 minutes. Add 2.0 lbs DME, add wort from partial mash, return to boil. Add o.5 oz Simcoe and 0.5 oz Azacca pellets, boil 15 minutes. Add Irish moss, boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add 0.5 oz Azacca, let sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool in cold water bath. Add 1 tsp Fermaid K and pitch yeast.

Notes: Nice creamy head. Hop wallop. Little hop aroma.
