Notes

SG 1.108
FG 1.026 going into secondary
FG 1.024 at bottling.
3 week’s in primary, 3 week’s in the secondary. Appeared to be some fermentation going on the last week of secondary.

2oz bourbon oak in 8oz makers mark added all to secondary. 5oz of coffee in 16 oz water - cold brewed coffee added at bottling. May add half to boil next time and cold brew rest.

Bottled 3-2-18

Think I have an infection in my bottling bucket. After 3 months in the bottle, FG is 1.012 and highly carbonated. One bomber exploded in the box.
