Notes

Mash at 150F
Chill to 175F and add the Aroma hops, continue chilling to 68F.
Drop the temp Pitch and Ferment at 68F for 14-17 days.
Cold Crash to 36F for 2 days before racking to secondary. Rack bring back to 68F, then dry hop.
