Notes

1) Buckwheat will have incorrect data - may affect OG. Might cause underpitching.
2) Cereal mash the buckwheat http://beersmith.com/blog/2013/09/06/cereal-mash-steps-for-all-grain-beer-brewing/. Keep an eye on sparge water volume, to hit the correct boil volume. Add cold water to the cereal mash, to get it to the correct infusion temp, before adding to the main mash.
3) Pitch @ 65, let it rise naturally to 75.
4) 1L x 1.040 starter.
