Notes

-Se modifico la receta en base a las condiciones del equipo el día de la cocción, se aumento la cantidad de cerveza a realizar.
-La densidad final fue de 1070 por lo que se agregaron 6 litros adicionales de agua al fermentador.
-Se redujo la cantidad del sobre de levadura de 12 gr. a 9 gr.

OTRAS NOTAS:

-La cascara de Mandarina añade Sabor y Aroma, añade sabores cítricos, dulces y picantes. (Añadir 15 minutos antes de finalizar el hervor, utilizar 1 onza por cada 20 Litros de Cerveza).
