Filtered out the hops and left some trub in the kettle, lost at least 1 litre. Filled up with ca. 1.5 litres of cold tap water. |

Added approx. half a Carolina Reaper chili. The chili had been fermented, and was then soaked in vodka by me. After that it was chopped a little more, placed in a small nylon bag og then boiled in water for a minute. |

Stirred a little bit in the hop mess on top, and let the chili bag move around a little. Very nice aroma, and a tiny sting from the reaper. |
