Notes

Loved my first batch of this so much that I just had to make it again, with a few changes to dial in the color, flavor, head retention and mouth feel. The Molasses is actually Dark Thai Cane Sugar. very close in color but a much smoother flavor.

I am bumping up the Hops for a better taste and aroma of these home-grown mystery variety.<br />

As well, I experienced attenuation issues with Imperial A24 yeast and have gone with the good old US-05 to ensure complete fermentation.
