Used Meijer Spring Water. Didn't run a water profile, but it's better than our very hard local tap water. If I brew this again I plan to adjust water chemistry.

Notes

Based on AIH Fat Tire clone with hops and yeast inspired by Rogue's Dead Guy Ale. Intention is a "wintery" amber ale with a higher ABV and earthier hops for the cold season, but still retaining the original drinkable qualities of an American Amber Ale. OG was 1.063 and is currently in fermentation. Updates to come.

Update: After 10 days the Pacman yeast has it down to 1.010. Put in a 2oz Perle and 2oz Saaz dry hop.
