Notes

For the Apples in Grain Bill:

13.5oz = preferred Sweet Apples (I used Minneiska)
10.2oz = preferred Tart Apples (I used Macintosh)

Peel apples and remove core, then dice up the good fruit from both types of apples. The weights above represent what I had diced and added to the boil, as opposed to the weight of the apples before peeling and coring.
I don't recall the exact number of apples I used for either type of apple, but if I were to make again I would use more!
