WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Finished at 1.015 gravity

7.6% after bottling

Used too much steeping grain, the grain bag was much too full, especially oats which swelled a great deal. Half the oats and black malt next time. Double peat, as it didn't come through. Add in roasted barley.

Came out great overall.
