WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Bring cherries to approx 155 degrees for 10 min, press to break skins open then cool and add to secondary.

This Holiday inspired Specialty Ale turned out great. Spices weren't overbearing and were balanced perfectly with the cherries.
For best results, bottle condition for approximately 2 months minimum then light a fire and sip your way into the New Year.
