Multi-step Infusion mash

  1. 3.5 gallons for 60 minutes
  2. add boiling water to raise temp for 15 minutes
  3. add boiling water for second temp increase the lauter
  4. sparge at 170 to collect 6.5 gallons

    After boil...whirlpool then settle for 30 minutes before chilling
    Add oak when pitching
