Bottling. Conditioning for 3 months. Maybe ready for Spring. How seasonal! The reason I have 1 litre more to bottle than what was fermented is that I have 1 litre of gyle to add back.

Looks perfect. Tastes like a Bock. Very pleased. Too bad I have to wait. Nice malt backbone and caramel, malt aroma. |

Tastes a little green, like it needs more time bottle conditioning. It lacks that layered malt complexity. Will wait another month before trying again. |

The extra month worked. Rich and delicate malt aroma and the smooth , layered malt flavour has now showed up. I would get full marks from Yeungling. |

Maybe I should have let it lager this long before tasting. Really good spring bock. It's not a ABV blast and I enjoyed it on a hot summer night. Happier with it now, than before. 9/10 |

It's simple and effective. Great bock richness at 4.5%. Really improved with extremely long bottle conditioning. |
