Beer was excellent a couple weeks after kegging. It took on a perceived sweetness after that and was kind of cloying. I recommend adding some of the malt roastiness back in to balance the beer.
Sweetness may have been from oxidation, so flushing whole cone dry hops with co2 may help with that. |
