Notes

Steep grains in 3 gallons of 145- 165 F water for 30 minutes.
Pitch 2 packs of yeast. After 2 weeks, add 8 oz coarsely ground coffee in a sterilized muslin bag to the fermenter for 24 hours (no longer). Then bottle.
