Sparge 3 Gal

Make this mix: one tablespoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of ginger, one teaspoon of nutmeg, and a quarter teaspoon of cloves.

Added whirlfloc, irish moss, 3 teasp yeast nutrient.

Use 1.5 teaspoon of this mix and put it in at flamout.

Chilled the wart and measured OG as 1.052.

Pitched 12 hours later.

5/23 - FG of 1.010 reached. Began cold crash to 32 degrees.

Clove ruined this beer. Other than that it would have been good. Some people still like it I guess.
