1lb table sugar

1/2 tsp pectic enzyme/gallon juice
1/4 tsp yeast nutrient on day 1, 2, 3 and 4

1lb 2.4 oz ginger @ secondary till it tastes good.

Cold crash.

Sorbate then
2 can of apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup of corn sugar boiled in water

to keg for carbonation.
