It is still early, however. The beer is giving off a really great Europe grain feel with American hops. I think there is a great style to be had here.
The dry hopping seems to really have a nice impact on the beer as the hop aroma really comes out. The wheat downplays the taste of the hops but that is not a bad thing. |

This entry has nothing to do with the date. This taste came after a few weeks. Seems because of the yeast we used it has a bit of a fruity start to it. Almost like a plum, which means we have esters left over from the fermentation. |
