Notes

Meskes som vanlig. Gjør et lite oppkok på 10 min så kjøle ned til 35-38 grader tilsett en 2l lacto starter til den har kommet ned til en ph til 3.8. Kok den som vanlig med humle etter tiden. Sett den så til gjæring i 23 grader. 5l starter med wlp644. Tilsett tørrhumling etter 4 dager ut i gjæringen. La den være i etter tiden som er satt.
