Notes

Messed up with the sparge and how much hops i had in stock... So this will be interesting.
BIYAB and step mash was challenging. Struggled to keep a consistent temperature throughout the mash. 50C for 30min ok. 20 min around 62C. 20 Around 65-70. SG
