Notes

2 Gallons starting water for steep at 155 for 25 minutes

Add 1 gallon water, bring to boil, turn off heat,add early extract (3lb LME and 1 lb DME) and top off to 3.75 gallons.

Add remaining LME (5lb) and Alchohol boost, yeast fuel and whirlfoc at 15min remaining.

After boil, chill to 170 then add flameout hops. Cover with lid and let stand for 20 minutes then chill to <80
