Notes

2 Gallon Safeway Signature apple Juice
Mix sugars with enough water to equal 1 qt, boil, cool.
Add to juice in fermenter
Aerate juice for 1 hour
pitch yeast
Make flavoring by submerging 1 stick of cinnamon, one vanilla bean, 1 clove, 1 allspice, 1 tsp sweet orange peel in enough white rum to cover, let sit somewhere dark for 1-2 weeks or until end of fermentation then add liquid and solids to conditioning carboy.
Back sweeten with juice of (4lbs)1 qt fresh pressed apple juice at kegging
