Half of the maris otter turned out to be whisky malt, Brewers Friend didn't have an option for that.

Might dry hop, haven't decided yet, but with an OG that low it's set to make a nice little session ale.
-Tasting Notes-
It's alright, that's all really. Carbonation after 3 weeks is still a bit on the flat side. Clarity is good. Whiskey flavour is definately there and rather nice but it has no body, no head retention and tastes thin. Next time boost it up to about 5, 6 or 7 percent. Stick some flaked oats and flaked barley in their too. That would make all the difference.
