Boiled brown rice on stove prior to brewing. Added 1 Lt of cold water to brown water at mash in. Initial mash temp =66 25 LT. Heated to 69 after 30 min. Mashed for 90 min end mash temp was 67c. |

Sparged with 4 LT . More volume than expected.
Used 40g Fuggles FWH and 36g Fuggles at 10 minutes in recipie tried to match existing recipie IBU. |

Boiled an extra 20 minutes to account for extra wort volume. Added around 400g of golden syrup about half hour to go in boil to account for low gravity. This may thin out mouthfeel... |

Still fermenting probably 2 points left I hope.
Sample has a little sazz arom initial taste is good nice light lager -y taste but has some flavours going on so will let it sit for a few more days. So far so good. |

Well bitterness is again spot on. On the nose is an incredible sweet honey like. It's sweet to taste. Still hazy. But so far it's great. No off flavours to speak of. |
