Add Honey (Orange Blossom) at flame out. Cooled to approx. 70 and pitch starter. Let it work 7 to 10 days, rack to secondary add 1 oz. Amarillo hops for 3 days. Rack to keg. Cool to 40 or less. Pressurize to 25 and hold for 2 days then drop to serve pressure. Enjoy! |
