Notes

FAT YAK-clone. Endret fra Nelson Sauvin til Hallertau blanc (humler som ligner veldig), og redusert koketiden en del. Blir noe mindre bitter ettersom Nelson sauvin som står i oppskrift har syrenivå på 12.3 og min Hallertau B ligger på 8.3, syrenivå på Cascaden min var noe høyere så det utjevnet seg en del. Vannet der vi bor er glimrende og behøves ikke gjøres noe med :-)

Byttet også 0.2 crystal malt med 0.4 biscuit. All malt som jeg har brukt er Viking malt, men det er ikke mulig å velge.

Dette er første brygg på egen maltmølle, så er litt spent på utbytte.
